Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC

The short version

Malcolm "MJ" Harris has spent more than sixteen years in financial services. He has recruited over 6,000 independent agents and trained more than 20,000 sales and financial services professionals. He is a best-selling author, published by Legacy Lit at Hachette, and he reaches an audience of more than six million people across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

He founded Feminine Queen Insurance Agency to do one thing properly: serve the women this industry keeps talking around, and the families standing behind them.

Why women

The honest answer is that it was women who got him here.

Life was harder than it should have been for a kid. What carried him through were the women around him. His mother and his grandmother above all. The aunts, the teachers, the neighbors who noticed. They protected him before he could protect himself, and they told him the truth when it would have been easier not to.

Years later, when he sat across from families and watched a mother work out whether she could afford to cover herself after everyone else, he recognized her immediately. She was every woman who had ever put someone else first without being asked.

That is the whole origin of this company. Not a market opportunity. A debt.

The audience came later, and it came mostly from women too. Six million people follow him for advice about money, relationships and getting out of their own way, and the overwhelming majority of them are women the financial industry had never bothered to speak to plainly.

The work behind it

Before any of the above, MJ did the unglamorous version of this job.

He built his career in corporate finance and management consulting, two of the most competitive rooms in the business. He spent three years at Deloitte Consulting, one of the largest professional services firms in the world, working in strategy and operations on corporate financial management. He then moved to Accenture, Deloitte's direct competitor, as a senior consultant in the same discipline, advising clients including Bank of America, PepsiCo and SunTrust Bank.

It was during those years that he became a stockbroker and a registered financial advisor, holding the Series 7 and Series 66. He had already spent six months at the Bank Fund Staff Federal Credit Union managing financial transactions for World Bank employees.

So the advice does not come from a script. It comes from a decade inside the machinery, learning how money actually moves before ever asking a family to trust him with theirs. He has been doing his own retirement planning since he was twenty-seven.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Drexel University.

Across his agencies, the teams he has built have been overwhelmingly women, and the clients they serve have been overwhelmingly women. That was not a marketing decision. It is simply who showed up when the door was opened, and who stayed when they were treated properly.

Beyond the agency

MJ is the author of Get the F*ck Out Your Own Way, published by Legacy Lit, an imprint of Hachette Book Group, with a paperback edition arriving in 2027. His work has been recognized by Oprah, USA Today, Tabitha Brown and Black Enterprise.

He also founded Feminine Queen Media and Technologies and Feminine Queen AI, building tools that make financial guidance reachable for people who were never given access to it.

He coaches individually, teaches publicly, and still takes client calls.
