- Part A is the Terms of Use that govern your use of this website.
- Part B is the Privacy Policy that explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and your choices.
- Part C is a set of additional terms that apply only to lead buyers, agents and affiliates. It does not apply to consumers.
- Part D is a set of additional terms that apply only if you use our Create Your Will service.
By using this website you agree to Parts A and B.
Who we are
Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware and a licensed life insurance agency in the United States. Throughout this document, "we," "us," "our" and "the Agency" mean Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC.
Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC is the same Delaware entity formerly known as Imalico Insurance Agency, LLC, and previously operating under the names Imali Sales Services and Imali Global Sales. The name change was recorded with the Delaware Division of Corporations in September 2026. The entity, its Federal Employer Identification Number, its licenses and appointments, and all existing agreements, policies and obligations are unchanged and remain in full force under the new name. Any reference to Imalico Insurance Agency, LLC, Imali Sales Services or Imali Global Sales appearing on this website, in our policies, or in any prior agreement, disclosure or communication refers to Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC.
We are an insurance agency, not an insurance company. We do not issue policies, underwrite risk, or pay claims. Life insurance policies are issued by the insurance carriers named in your application, and each carrier is solely responsible for its own products, underwriting decisions, and obligations. Our licensed agents help you compare options and apply.
"Feminine Queen" is a trademark of Feminine Queen Media and Technologies Inc., licensed for use by Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC. "MJ Harris" is a trademark licensed for use by Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC.

By accessing or using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the Privacy Policy in Part B. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
2. Definitions
Agency means Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC, including its officers, directors, members, managers, employees and authorized agents.
User or you means any person or entity that accesses or uses this website, including anyone who requests information, schedules an appointment, submits a form, or applies for coverage.
Services means the information, tools, scheduling, agent consultations and insurance application assistance we make available through this website.
Carrier means an insurance company whose products our licensed agents are appointed to offer.
Lead means the contact and related information a User submits through one of our websites, which we may sell or share as described in Part B.

3. What this website is and is not
This website provides general information about life insurance and connects you with a licensed insurance agent.
Nothing on this website is:
- A quote, a rate, or an offer of insurance coverage
- A binding contract of insurance
- A guarantee that any application will be approved, approved at any particular rate class, or approved at all
- Legal, tax or financial advice
Any eligibility information, carrier list or product availability shown on this website is general guidance only. Each carrier's own current underwriting rules, product guides, applications and policy contracts govern every decision. Carriers change guidelines, products, state availability and rate classes at any time and without notice. Underwriting decisions belong to the carrier's underwriter alone.
Availability of any product depends on your state of residence, your age, the coverage amount requested, and the carrier's underwriting. A licensed agent will confirm what is actually available to you.
4. Eligibility and age
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over who reside in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us information, contact us at support@femqueenfinancial.com and we will delete it.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website or any system connected to it.
Information you provide about your health, your finances or your identity is used to help a licensed agent assess what coverage may be available to you. Providing inaccurate information on an insurance application may result in a claim being denied or a policy being rescinded by the carrier.
6. Contact consent
By submitting your information on this website, you agree that Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC, its licensed agents and authorized representatives, and third-party licensed insurance agents and agencies to whom we sell or transfer your information, may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, about life insurance and related financial products, including by automated calls, prerecorded messages and text messages, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
A current list of the parties who may contact you is available at https://imalilife.com/optout.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can obtain the same products and services without agreeing to be contacted this way by calling 302-643-2807 or emailing support@femqueenfinancial.com.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by visiting https://imalilife.com/optout. Please allow up to 10 business days for opt-out requests to be processed across all systems. Opting out with us does not automatically opt you out with a third party who has already received your information. Contact that party directly.
We do not share or sell your mobile telephone number with third parties for those parties' own independent marketing purposes unrelated to your inquiry.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, tools and software, is owned by or licensed to Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written permission.
Carrier names and logos appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the carriers our agents are appointed with.
8. Third-party links and services
This website may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including scheduling tools and form providers. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of any third-party site or service. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
This website and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the information on it is complete, accurate or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency and its officers, directors, members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid us directly for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any Lead Buyer, third-party agent, or carrier, including their use or misuse of information transferred to them. Each Lead Buyer is independently responsible for its own compliance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, for willful misconduct, or for gross negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Agency and its officers, directors, members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your misuse of this website.
This section does not apply to claims arising from our own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
12. No agency relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between you and the Agency. Our licensed agents act as independent insurance producers.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in the state where you reside, or by telephone or video at your election, and will be in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@femqueenfinancial.com within 30 days of first using this website, stating your name, your address, and that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
Class action waiver. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. Neither you nor the Agency may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated or representative action. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court rather than arbitration.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted on this website. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to this website at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
16. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, war, riot, embargo, labor dispute, utility or network failure, or government action.
17. Severability and survival
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 17 survive termination.
18. Assignment
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy in Part B are the entire agreement between you and the Agency regarding this website, and supersede any prior agreements regarding it.
Part B: Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. The short version
We are a licensed insurance agency. We collect information so a licensed agent can help you find life insurance.
We also sell and share your contact information and basic coverage details with third-party licensed insurance agents and agencies, so that a licensed agent can call you. That is part of how our business works, and by using this website you agree to it. You can opt out at any time, and we tell you how below.
We do not sell your health information. Anything you tell us about your health is used to show you which carriers may be able to cover you and to help the agent who assists you. It is not sold.
2. Notice at collection
This section tells you, at the point you give us information, what we collect and what happens to it.
Identity and contact information. Name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, state of residence.

Employment and licensing information, if you apply to join our agent team.

Sold or shared: No.
Internet activity. IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, and cookie data.
Why: to operate, secure and improve the website.
Sold or shared: No.
Retention. We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations. Insurance records are commonly retained for several years after a policy ends, as required by state insurance regulators and by carriers.
We do not ask for and you should not send us your Social Security number, driver's license number, bank account or payment card numbers, or copies of government identification through this website. Those are collected later, directly by the insurance carrier, on the carrier's own secure application.
3. Sale and sharing of personal information
We sell and share personal information collected through our websites with third-party licensed insurance agents, insurance agencies, and the vendors those parties use to contact you. A party that buys your information may contact you about life insurance and related financial products.
What is sold: your name, email address, telephone number, state of residence, age or date of birth, the coverage amount you are seeking, and the type of coverage you are interested in.
What is not sold: your health-related information, your appointment notes, and your internet activity data. See Section 4.
We do not sell personal information to parties outside the insurance and financial services industry, and we do not sell it for advertising or profiling purposes unrelated to your inquiry.
We have not sold or shared the personal information of anyone we know to be under 18.
How to opt out. Visit https://imalilife.com/optout or email support@femqueenfinancial.com. Opting out is free and does not affect the service you receive from us.
Browser signals. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser.
Already-transferred information. Opting out stops future sales and sharing. It does not undo a transfer that already happened. If a third party has already received your information and you want them to stop contacting you, tell them directly, or reply STOP to their messages.
4. Health-related information
We treat health-related information with more care than any other information we collect.
We do not sell health-related information. It is not included in what we sell or share with third-party agents and agencies.
What we use it for. To show you which insurance carriers may be able to offer you coverage, and to help the licensed agent who assists you prepare your application.
Who sees it. The licensed agent assisting you, the insurance carrier or carriers you choose to apply with, and service providers who help us operate our systems under written obligations of confidentiality. Nobody else.
Right to withdraw and delete. You may withdraw consent for us to collect, use or share your health-related information, and you may request that we delete it, by emailing support@femqueenfinancial.com.
You never have to answer a health question to use this website, to see your options, or to speak with an agent.
If this ever changes. If we later decide to include health-related information in what we sell, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so, and in states that require it we will obtain your separate, signed authorization first. We will not apply any such change retroactively to information collected before the change.

An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights. You will not be denied services, charged a different price, or given a lower quality of service because you opted out or made a request.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who on our team can view your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the applicable regulators as required by law, and without undue delay.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

11. Transfers
We are based in the United States and your information is processed here. If you access this website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Changes
We will update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the law change. We will revise the "Last updated" date and post the new version here. If we make material changes, we will provide more prominent notice.

Part C: Additional Terms for Lead Buyers, Agents and Affiliates
This Part applies only to parties who purchase or receive Leads from us, or who act as our agents or affiliates. It does not apply to consumers using this website.
C1. Compliance is the buyer's responsibility
Each Lead Buyer is solely responsible for its own compliance with all applicable federal, state and international law governing its use of Leads, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state mini-TCPA and telemarketing statutes, the California Consumer Privacy Act, state consumer health data laws, the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable, and all applicable insurance licensing and advertising regulations.
The Agency makes no representation that any particular use of a Lead is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Verifying that is the Lead Buyer's obligation.
C2. Indemnity
Each Lead Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Agency and its officers, directors, members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, lawsuits, regulatory actions, fines, penalties, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the Lead Buyer's use, handling, storage, transfer or disposal of Leads, or its breach of this Part C. This obligation survives termination of any contractual relationship between the Agency and the Lead Buyer.
C3. Data security
Each Lead Buyer agrees to implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information received, including encryption, access controls and retention limits. The Agency is not responsible for any breach, loss or damage resulting from a Lead Buyer's failure to protect information in compliance with applicable law. Breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination of services.
C4. Health-related information
A Lead Buyer that receives health-related information agrees to use it solely to evaluate and present insurance options to the consumer, not to resell or further disclose it except to a carrier in connection with an application, and to honor any revocation of consent communicated to it by the consumer or by the Agency.
C5. Honoring opt-outs
Each Lead Buyer agrees to maintain its own internal do-not-call and do-not-contact lists, to honor opt-out requests it receives directly, and to cease contacting any consumer the Agency identifies as having opted out, within 10 business days of notice.
C6. Non-circumvention
Lead Buyers, agents and affiliates agree not to circumvent the Agency by directly contacting or soliciting leads, prospects or business entities obtained through the Agency's services for their own benefit or for the benefit of any third party outside the agreed relationship. Breach results in immediate termination and may give rise to a claim for damages.
C7. Lead purchases are final
All Lead purchases are final. The Agency does not offer refunds on Lead purchases. Where a Lead Buyer raises a documented issue with Lead quality or delivery, the Agency may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement Leads or a credit. No other remedy is available.
C8. No guarantee of performance
The Agency makes no representation or warranty regarding the conversion rate, contactability, accuracy or commercial value of any Lead. Leads are provided as submitted by the consumer.
Part D: Additional Terms for MyPlan Essentials (Wills and Estate Documents)
This Part applies to anyone who uses the Create Your Will service, sold as MyPlan Essentials: Will and Medical Directive. It is in addition to Parts A and B, which also apply.
D1. We are not a law firm
Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC is an insurance agency. It is not a law firm, it does not employ attorneys acting for you, and it does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of this service, by anything on this website, or by any communication with us about your documents.
MyPlan Essentials is a self-service tool. It takes the information you enter and assembles documents from it. Nobody reviews your answers for legal sufficiency, and no lawyer evaluates whether the documents fit your situation.
Estate planning is governed by state law, and requirements differ from state to state. Your own circumstances may call for planning this service does not provide, including trusts, blended-family provisions, business succession, special needs planning, or estate tax planning.
D2. Review with an attorney
The documents produced by this service are designed to be legally binding when properly executed. Whether they are valid and enforceable depends on your state's requirements and on how you sign, witness and notarize them.
You agree to review your completed documents with an attorney licensed in your state before treating them as final, and you acknowledge that we recommend this in every case. You are responsible for executing the documents correctly under the law of your state, including any witness and notary requirements.
D3. What you receive
MyPlan Essentials includes a Last Will and Testament, medical directives naming your healthcare preferences and decision makers, a HIPAA release, and notary and witness signature pages where your state requires them. It also includes the option to designate trusted contacts who automatically receive your documents.
What is included may change. What you receive is what is described on the purchase page at the time you buy.
D4. Limited authority to deliver your documents
If you designate trusted contacts to receive your documents, you authorize us, for that purpose only, to deliver your completed documents to the individuals you name and to notify them that you have named them.
This authority is limited to delivery and notification. It does not allow us to act for you in any other capacity, to make any decision on your behalf, to sign anything for you, or to change your documents. It is not transferable. You may revoke it at any time by emailing support@femqueenfinancial.com, and revocation takes effect for any delivery not yet made.
D5. Accuracy is your responsibility
The documents are built entirely from the information you enter. We do not verify it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you provide, including names, relationships, beneficiaries, assets and the people you appoint.
You are given the opportunity to review your entries before you complete your purchase. Review them carefully.
D6. Price and payment
The current price is $39.95. Prices may change, and the price shown at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.
D7. No refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The service is delivered at the time of purchase, and you are able to review and confirm your entries before completing it.
If you believe you were charged in error, or charged more than once, contact support@femqueenfinancial.com and we will look into it.
D8. Limitation of liability for this service
In addition to Section 10 of Part A, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any document being found invalid, unenforceable or insufficient in whole or in part
- Errors, omissions or inaccuracies resulting from the information you provided
- Improper execution, witnessing, notarization or storage of your documents
- Any consequence of a change in the law after your documents were created
- Any outcome of the administration of your estate
Our total liability arising out of this service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, for willful misconduct, or for gross negligence.
D9. Keep your documents current
Your documents reflect your circumstances on the day you create them. Marriage, divorce, a birth, a death, a move to another state, or a significant change in your assets can each affect whether your plan still does what you intend. Reviewing your documents after any of those is your responsibility, and we recommend doing so with an attorney.
D10. Your privacy
Everything you enter into this service is covered by the Privacy Policy in Part B. We do not sell the contents of your will, your medical directives, or the identities of your beneficiaries or trusted contacts. That information is used to produce and deliver your documents and for nothing else.
Feminine Queen Insurance Agency, LLC. Life insurance products are issued by the insurance carriers named, and each carrier is solely responsible for its own products and obligations. Availability, issue ages, coverage amounts and underwriting requirements vary by carrier and by state. This website does not provide quotes, premiums or offers of coverage, and nothing here guarantees that any application will be approved. Licensed in the states where we do business; a licensed agent will confirm availability in your state.
